Tired of those crunches,jogging ,sit ups,press up and what have you……bill gates did say “if you are looking for the easiest way to carry out a task give it to the laziest person” p.s he or she will find out the easiest way to accomplish that task…..I’m not lazy tho😊

Let’s get right into it

1.Drink a glass of water before every meal NO EXCUSES

2. Eat real breakfast: I do not know why people skip breakfast cause breakfast is like the most important meal of the day and you are probably going to burn those extra calories as u carry out your day’s activities . break fast is key!!!

3. GET rid of fast food and fried food:I don’t know if I have to explain why but sis!!! Its not even healthy in the first place!

4. No carb after lunch: This is key …So you eat a full bowl of egusi and pounded yam in the evening and expect to lose weight! Ha please go for fruits instead any thing heavy after 6pm is a no no no.

5.Drink a glass of water before every meal.

6. Learn to read food labels so you know what you are eating.

7. Slash your intake of refined flours and sugar:so this is for my buns geng,meat pie gang,cake geng….SIS NO!!

8. Make your own food and eat ten meals at least,, a week at home.

9. Eat protein’s at every meal.

10. BANISH High salt food.…..e get y lol!!

11. Go to bed hungry….especially if you are looking for flat tummy

12. Sleep right at least 7 to 9 hours this would help break down food more

13. Plan one purge meal a week

14.Eat 30 to 50 grams of fiber per day.

15 eat your vegetables just do it!

16. Stop guessing about portion sizes and get it right for good.

17. Make at least three days a week meatless.

18. Don’t drink your calories.

19.keep some fruits in your fridge to satisfy your sweet tooth.

20 increase your water intake to accelerate fat loss.

21. Eat your meals slowly it takes the brain about 20 minutes to register that the stomach is full.

22.put that flat tummy tea down itz very unhealthy and can cause serious issues.
