This negative habit can damage your eardrum and cause excessive loss of brain tissue. You should be careful of the volume of your headphones when listening to music to avoid brain conditions like Alzheimer’s.
#3. Unhealthy sleeping habits: You should always find time to rest, especially at night. Staying awake at night stresses the brain, which could lead to the development of certain brain problems. You need to do away with things that could prevent you from sleeping at night. Having a healthy sleep helps the brain to replenish lost cells and prepare them for the next day’s activities.
