Deep-fried foods are those that are fried and soaked in hot oil. They usually absorb lots of oil while in the process of frying and too much oil is harmful to the body.
4. Ice cream.
Ice cream is a very delicious and tasty beverage which many young people enjoy so much, especially ladies and children. However, it isn’t good for those who want to reduce their weight.
5. Junk foods.
Junk foods are those that are usually sold at bakeries and fast foods. They are very tasty but the truth is that, its not as healthy as it ought to be. If you want to lose weight, avoid junk foods.
Rice is one of the most popular and consumed foods in the world, especially here in Africa. Some people can even eat rice every single day. But if you want to lose weight, reduce your consumption of rice to maybe once a week.
7. Noodles and pasta.
I know of someone who was crying about wanting to lose weight and get back in shape but she kept eating indomie everyday till she became obese. Really sad.
